No lead fees or monthly subscription. Standard platform rate is 18% of the job price on completed work (13% for founding professionals during their founding window). Card processing fees are deducted by Stripe. Payouts release after the customer shares their completion code.

You set the job price. Proffera takes a platform rate only on completed work. Example uses a $200.00 job price you control — not a promise of volume.

Founding provider eligibility
- Who: professionals enrolled in the founding program when their account is activated.
- Rate: 13% platform fee while the founding window is active; then 18% automatically.
- Expiration: founding professionals receive the 13% rate for 90 days from activation. The standard 18% rate applies afterward — no manual toggle required.
- Ranking: priority placement boost decays over the same 90-day window; it does not invent fake demand.
Operations you can count on
- Payout timing: released after completion evidence clears (customer code and/or acknowledgment + your submission; dispute holds apply) — not at booking. A code alone is not the whole truth system.
- Cancellation: customer cancels 24+ hours before service → full refund path; 2–24 hours → 50% refund; under 2 hours → no customer refund. Provider no-shows and late provider cancels are disputed / rematch paths — compensation is case-reviewed, not auto-fabricated.
- Dispute protection: open disputes hold payout until resolved; multi-signal completion evidence is the default money path.
- Coverage & credentials: you choose ZIP coverage; category rules may require license/insurance uploads before ACTIVE matching.
- Demand: we only show real open requests in your ZIPs. Empty boards mean recruiting — we never invent jobs or earnings.
