Payment Data

Card and bank data are processed by Stripe. Proffera does not store full card numbers.

Sharing

We share booking details with your chosen provider. We do not sell personal information. California residents: see /legal/do-not-sell for our CCPA “Do Not Sell or Share” notice.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting privacy@profferaglobal.com. Use Account → privacy export while signed in for a machine-readable DSAR download (one-time token).

Payment processor retention

Stripe retains payment instruments and transaction records under Stripe’s DPA and legal retention obligations. Proffera cannot delete Stripe’s copies via in-app account delete alone — contact privacy@profferaglobal.com for coordinated erasure requests.
